This dual-perspective approach to the selling and purchasing process serves as the foundation for allowing participants to recognize the need for understanding, and for adapting to, customer preferences.
Participants then apply the knowledge they have gained to work through a small-group situation-based exercise while remaining true to their natural styles. This exercise helps identify and further reinforce their understanding of challenges they will face during customer relationship development.
Using their own natural selling style as the foundation, we guide participants through an analysis of the four primary purchasing styles and the creation of a structured sales approach for each style. This allows participants to match the approach for each purchasing style to their unique strengths. In addition, they are lead through a customer mapping format, which demonstrates how to construct a selling strategy for each of their existing clients and prospects.
This process includes the development of an understanding of the psychometric profiles (emotional drivers) of the four primary purchasing behaviors. By learning this profiling process participants better understand how different sales styles resonate with different clients.

KWIK-DISC - A Quick and Easy Way to Identify Behavior Styles

Kwik-DISC© is a stand-alone product, developed by Time and Team to identify general DISC tendencies. It is an economical, quick and fun way to gain a general overview of your DISC personality and behavior characteristics. And, while it is not as fundamentally accurate as a "full-blown" DISC evaluation, it typically falls into the 85% to 90% range of accuracy of the more comprehensive profiling processes.
However, it may be a perfect fit if you are simply wishing to gain a fundamental understanding of the range of behaviors you are likely to exhibit within the context of your DISC behavior styles - because, you can readily accomplish that goal trough the Kwik-DISC© profiling process.
While, no detailed reports of behaviors are provided with the Kwik-DISC© program, you will obtain a plot of the classical, line-type graph of your DISC intensity levels for each of the four primary DISC style types and the characteristics you are likely to exhibit.
Within certain limitations, Kwik-DISC© can be utilized in conjunction with some of our more comprehensive Time Management and Team Motivation seminars, workshops and coaching programs.
